Biographical Counselling and Biography Work in London

What is your life asking you?
What does it take to look for the meaning of your questions and challenges?

Counselling and psychotherapy have helped many people to face -
times of change and additional stress, coping with loss, anxiety, depressive symptoms, eating disorders, and sleep pattern problems. Therapeutic work with a counsellor helps when you are struggling with being a parent or when your relationship are falling apart or on the contrary you are making tentative steps towards a new relationship or next step in your life. It helps with some concrete or seemingly unidentifiable personal problems and with questions of spiritual nature.

I offer you a counselling process in a safe environment where you can explore the deepest questions that your life brings for you.

Biographical Counselling process allows deep and transforming work, both as therapy and personal development. A little more about it on the next page.

You can read a little more about my work at my page at counselling-directory where we as professionals share with you who we are and what we offer to help.

Locations :
In London I see clients at 51 Queen Caroline Street  and also in Therapy and Wellness Centre at 35 Park Road, NW1, near Baker Street Station.

Both places are comfortable, quiet and private, with all facilities necessary for you to feel ready to step into this work.

We also can work online. Get in touch to talk about our options for online sessions.

Length of sessions:
Usually a session is 55-60 min, though we can agree for longer sessions.  For a couple counselling session I recommend 1,5 hours session.

Fees will be discussed during our initial phone conversation. Sliding scale fees are available. I always aim to work out a way forward to find practical solutions. Get in touch and we will organise an initial phone conversation.

You can also visit and find me through The Ohana Counselling Centre. Even though it is based in Rome and I am now in London we still maintain collegial relationships.

My new leaflets for my work in London look like this:
